We assist companies and individuals in all aspects of intellectual property protection and in particular in identifying strategies for the protection and implementation of trademarks, patents, know-how, technology, design and other intellectual property rights, as well as in the preparation and negotiation of contracts for the transfer, licensing, development and exploitation of intellectual property rights.<\/span><\/p>\n

We also provide consulting services in the information technology sector, assisting our clients (including multinationals and startups) in the negotiation and in-depth review of a wide range of IT contracts with a focus on B2B and B2C contracting, paying particular attention to clauses relating to software development, licenses, intellectual property, data protection and consequent liabilities. Our expertise also extends to the review of contractual clauses governing the use of artificial intelligence tools, as well as the interpretation and application of national and international regulations on cybersecurity, in line with the prevailing practices in the client’s sector.<\/div>\n
