Our approach<\/h2>\n

We provide consultancy in international and EU tax law to Italian companies that wish to expand their business abroad and to foreign companies operating in Italy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Thanks to our education and experience in international matters, we assist our clients in the preparation of international tax planning and in international ruling procedures.<\/span><\/p>\n

We also assist individuals and workers who intend to relocate to Italy (e.g., special regimes for impatriates and new residents), both during the consultancy phase and in the preparation of rulings submitted to the Italian Revenue Agency.<\/span><\/p>\n

We have also gained experience in transfer pricing, assisting companies in defining transfer pricing policies, drafting related documentation, and liaising with the Tax Administration.<\/span><\/p>\n
