The transaction has been finalized through a share capital increase reserved in favour of the corporate vehicle identified by the investors. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The support offered by our firm concerned as well, in addition to the definition of all necessary company\u2019s fulfilments and of the relevant corporate governance rules, the negotiation of agreements with existing shareholders and with the resigning management.
