We are pleased\u00a0to\u00a0attend\u00a0the\u00a0The International Business Structuring Association (IBSA)<\/a>‘s International Business Structuring Spring Conference on Thursday 5 May in London.<\/p>\n

Maurizio Marullo<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Matteo Rapinesi<\/a>\u00a0will be on the panel, examining the journey two entrepreneurs undertake as they navigate the ups and downs of their business and the various personal, legal, and financial complications that occur along the way.<\/p>\n

Over four key sessions, the programme will explore how the entrepreneurs can resurrect their business model, dealing with their intellectual property, insolvency procedures, corporate restructuring and refinancing opportunities, for ultimate success.
