{"id":816,"date":"2016-12-12T09:50:57","date_gmt":"2016-12-12T08:50:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lawp.it\/?p=816"},"modified":"2020-09-23T09:45:57","modified_gmt":"2020-09-23T07:45:57","slug":"acquittal-obtained-in-appeal-case-concerning-tax-trust-and-real-estate-funds","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lawp.it\/en\/acquittal-obtained-in-appeal-case-concerning-tax-trust-and-real-estate-funds\/","title":{"rendered":"Acquittal obtained in appeal case concerning tax, trust and real estate funds"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Acquittal obtained in appeal case concerning tax residence and fiscal monitoring, interposition of trust and real estate funds with Lawpartners<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Lawpartners<\/strong> defended an entrepreneur from Verona\u2019s area, obtaining on November 10, 2016 the fully and unconditionally acquittal by the Court of Appeal of Venice which confirmed the judgment of the Court of First Instance (Tribunale di Verona) given in 2014 and released from legal seizure the shares of an investment fund.<\/p>\n<p>The entrepreneur was prosecuted for tax criminal charges relating to fiscal evasion concerning companies\u2019 relocation abroad, breach of obligations relating to the fiscal monitoring, interposition of trust and contributions in real estate funds.<\/p>\n<p>The entrepreneur has been also defended by <strong>lawpartners<\/strong> in a proceeding concerning the request of application of a personal and a patrimonial precautionary measure (regulated by the Italian law, D.Lgs. 159\/2011).
