{"id":844,"date":"2017-02-24T16:18:56","date_gmt":"2017-02-24T15:18:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lawp.it\/?p=844"},"modified":"2020-09-23T09:45:48","modified_gmt":"2020-09-23T07:45:48","slug":"family-deed-patto-di-famiglia-special-class-of-shares-with-multiple-vote-rights","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lawp.it\/en\/family-deed-patto-di-famiglia-special-class-of-shares-with-multiple-vote-rights\/","title":{"rendered":"Family Deed (\u201cPatto di famiglia\u201d) \u2013 Special class of shares with multiple vote rights"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Assistance in the execution of a family deed and issuance of special class of shares granting multiple vote rights <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>January 2017<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The Firm provided legal assistance to shareholders of a holding company belonging to a group active in the manufacturing and distribution of industrial machineries, in the structuring and execution of a family deed (\u201c<em>patto di famiglia<\/em>\u201d) to ensure the transfer of the company\u2019s management within family members.<\/p>\n<p>The assistance provided by the Firm focused, <em>inter alia<\/em>, in the drafting and negotiation of agreements among shareholders and in the structuring of certain transactions aimed at the reorganization of the corporate group, also taking into account stakeholders\u2019 interests.
