NIS 2 compliance in Italy

On May 23rd, the Italian National Cybersecurity Agency (ACN) announced that NIS subjects who have requested support for finalizing their annual data update will be able to complete this procedure by July 31st.

The ACN has further clarified that members of administrative and executive bodies will be permitted to complete the self-verification procedure beyond July 31st, notwithstanding that a specific reference deadline has not yet been designated.
