He has an extensive expertise in corporate and commercial law, international tax law and criminal tax law. He has consolidated experience in shareholding acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate finance transactions, both domestic and cross-border, in business contracts, as well as in the management of estate and succession planning and protection of family assets. He is also involved in the real estate sector, in intellectual property contracts and in image rights protection for professional sportsmen and sportswomen.
Author of in-depth publications on commercial and tax law and co-author of the chapter on the Italian tax system in the International Tax Systems and Planning Techniques manual published by Sweet & Maxwell.
Lecturer and speaker in training seminars and professional conferences on commercial and tax criminal law.
